
As inconvenient as it may seem to ours passengers, the City of Chicago has designed the pickup system at both O'Hare and Midway airports as follows: A limousine is not allowed to proceed to the airport loading zones until it has been assigned a specific passenger.
This passenger must be waiting, with luggage in hand, at the assigned loading zone for the limousine.
It is the passengers' responsibility to call our toll-free number, 1-800-706-7727, after they have picked up all of their luggage. All existing reservations are identified by customer's name and confirmation number, which is given out at the time the reservation is made. Passengers should always have this number ready when they call the 800 number. After quickly locating the reservation in our computer, our dispatcher will give passengers the license plate number of the limousine that will pick them up (please remember to write this number down) and the approximate time it will take to reach your terminal based on our loading procedures.
Passengers should then proceed immediately to the assigned loading zone, with all luggage, to wait for the limousine.
If, for some reason, the passenger is not waiting, the driver may be forced to circle the airport ramps. During heavy traffic, this can take up to 30 minutes, and can be extremely inconvenient. It is our job to get passengers out of the airport as quickly and efficiently as possible and we appreciate all cooperation with airport procedures.
Please remember that all pickups are made at the baggage claim level of either O'Hare or Midway airport.
